DELIVERY POLICY

Our Delivery Policy

Subject to stock availability we aim to despatch standard orders (plaques/tags with basic design work), within 7 working days (Monday – Friday are working days), of placing the order or on approval of proof/artwork.  For more detailed plaques (where the design work may be more complicated or approval of proofs are pending), please allow up to 14 working days for these.

We will deliver your order to the address provided at the time of the order. You may specify a delivery address which is different from your billing address.

 

Our products are dispatched using the following Royal Mail services, depending on the size, weight and value of the product:  Royal Mail Signed For® 1st Class; Royal Mail Tracked 24®; Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm®.  Full shipping cost and details will be provided in your quote.

Once we have completed your order, we will notify you via email that we have posted your item.

 

Please note: we will not be held responsible for orders that are delayed beyond our control by Royal Mail transport e.g. if the package is lost, stolen, involved in fire, delayed due to Royal Mail industrial strike action or as a result of severe weather conditions. 

RETURNS POLICY

Our Returns Policy

Engraved or personalized goods, packing and carriage charges will not be refunded.

​

Cancellations: You may cancel your order at any time prior to the design/production process at no charge. Once the design/production process has started, cancellation will be subject to a minimum charge of £10.

Damaged Goods: In the event of damaged goods, please keep all packaging materials and provide photographic evidence if possible, and notify us via email at htabespoke@outlook.com within 24 hours of receipt of your order.
